Shipping and Delivery Information (Australia)
We deliver orders across Australia via Australia Post, Direct Freight, and StarTrack. Tracking details are provided by email, and shipping costs can be calculated directly on the cart page before checkout for your convenience.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to factors such as:
- Pre-ordered items
- Limited truck space with our shipping partners
- Missed pick-ups by carriers
- Daily pick-up limitations when a high volume of orders accumulates at our warehouse
Signature Requirement
To ensure safe and secure delivery, our shipping partners require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer your order to be left without a signature, select the 'Authority to Leave' option at checkout or include this request in your order message. We will instruct our shipping partners to leave the order in a secure location.
Delivery Restrictions
Items with extra-long packaging cannot be delivered to local post offices, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers.
Australia Post Discretion
Australia Post may redirect parcels to the nearest Post Office if no secure location is available. Providing detailed delivery instructions can help avoid inconvenience. If needed, you can update your shipping preferences via Australia Post's 'MyPost' portal.
Address Updates
Please ensure accurate shipping details are provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees caused by incorrect addresses. While pick-ups are scheduled for the next business day, requesting an address change after placing an order may cause delivery and dispatch delays, as the shipping process must be re-initiated by our shipping partner.
Order Dispatch
We strive to dispatch orders by the next business day, but delays may occur due to:
- Late pick-ups by freight partners
- Order backlogs at the warehouse
While we aim for prompt dispatch, next business day dispatch is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us in advance at info@hangersforless.com.au.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates provided by our freight partners and may vary due to external factors.
- NSW, VIC, QLD, SA Metro: 2–5 business days
- NSW, VIC, QLD, SA Other Areas: 3–7 business days
- WA, NT, TAS Metro: 4–9 business days
- WA, NT, TAS Other Areas: 7–14 business days
Separate deliveries from Australia Post, StarTrack, and Direct Freight may occur due to limited truck/van space or missed collection from local depots.
Tracking Information
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to become available from our shipping partners.
Order Pick-Up
If you wish to arrange a pick-up from our warehouse, please contact us via email before placing your order to schedule a suitable time. Only commercial vehicles are permitted for pick-ups. All pick-up requests must be emailed and will be prioritized before dispatch.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please email us at info@hangersforless.com.au. We will investigate with our shipping partners and warehouse to resolve the issue, whether due to missing cartons at depots or lost parcels during transit. Missing items will be re-sent at no additional cost.
Urgent Orders
For urgent or same-day delivery orders, please email us at info@hangersforless.com.au before placing your order. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched within the standard 1–2 business day timeframe via road express services.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are those not yet released or temporarily out of stock. They will be shipped as soon as they become available. Pre-order items include an estimated restock date, though delays due to shipment or customs clearance may occur, and the estimated date cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us via email with a photo for verification. We will promptly send the correct item and arrange for the return and collection of the incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
Delivery Failure
Providing the correct shipping address is crucial. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery will be attempted within 5 business days after the first failed attempt. If two delivery attempts fail, we will confirm the shipping address via email before returning the parcel. All re-delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will cover the cost of re-delivery and send a replacement at no additional charge. A replacement order will be dispatched after the freight partner officially declares the original order lost or damaged, which may take up to 7 working days.
Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders of 1,000 units or more per style, please email us at info@hangersforless.com.au in advance to confirm inventory availability before placing your order.
